How long does it take to receive our custom printed apparel?
Our standard production time is 10-14 working days from the date your artwork is approved. During peak seasons, such as the end of the school year, we recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
What is the minimum order quantity for school hoodies and t-shirts?
To keep our prices competitive for your fundraising efforts, we have a minimum order of 15 garments per design. This allows us to offer the best possible wholesale rates.
Can we request a sample to check the quality before ordering?
Yes, we can provide plain samples for sizing and quality checks. While these are charged at a single-unit rate, the cost can be credited back to your account upon placing a bulk order.
What happens if a garment is the wrong size or faulty?
As these items are custom-printed for your school, we cannot accept returns for incorrect sizing. However, if an item is found to be defective or the print quality is not up to standard, we will provide a replacement or refund immediately.
Are your garments ethically sourced and sustainable?
We take pride in our supply chain. All our apparel is sourced from manufacturers who adhere to fair labor practices and hold certifications such as WRAP or SEDEX. We also offer organic cotton options upon request.
How do we submit the artwork for our fundraising project?
Once you place your order, you will receive a secure link to upload your designs. We accept high-resolution JPEGs, PNGs, and vector files. Our design team will review every submission to ensure it prints perfectly.
